Welcome to Palettes by Seals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using PalettesbySeals.com, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

a. Ownership of Artwork & Music

  • All original artwork, murals, prints, custom designs, and music created by Brock Seals are protected under copyright law.
  • Purchasing artwork or prints does not grant you rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify the work in any form.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of Brock’s art, designs, or music is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

b. Custom Artwork & Client Usage

  • Custom commissions (sneakers, cleats, murals, and other bespoke designs) are created for personal or agreed-upon use only.
  • Clients may not resell, reproduce, or alter commissioned work for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
  • We retain the right to use images of commissioned work for promotional purposes, portfolio showcases, and social media.

c. Speaker & Event Bookings

  • Speaking engagements, live art events, and performances booked through Palettes by Seals are subject to written agreements detailing scope, fees, and usage rights.
  • Recorded content from events featuring Brock Seals may not be resold, distributed, or used for marketing without explicit written consent.

2. Purchases & Payments

a. Custom Art, Prints, & Original Pieces

  • All sales are final on custom artwork, original paintings, and limited-edition prints.
  • Refunds and returns are only accepted in cases of shipping damage (see Returns & Refunds Policy for details).

b. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before work begins on custom projects, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Installment plans may be offered for high-value commissions and must be completed before the final delivery.
  • Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of the order without a refund.

3. Use of Website & Content

a. Website Content & Copyright

  • All images, videos, logos, and written content on PalettesbySeals.com are owned by Brock Seals and may not be copied, reposted, or used without permission.
  • Sharing on social media is encouraged, but proper credit (tagging or linking to official pages) must be given.

b. Prohibited Activities

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to copy, hack, or distribute website content.
  • Use Brock Seals’ artwork or music for personal gain without permission.

4. Booking Policies & Cancellations

a. Custom Artwork & Project Cancellations

  • Custom artwork cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If a project is canceled before production, a non-refundable deposit may still apply.

b. Speaker & Event Cancellations

  • Speaking and live art events require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm.
  • If canceled by the client within 7 days of the event, the full fee is still due.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or third-party errors once an order has left our facility.
  • Brock Seals and Palettes by Seals are not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of artwork, products, or website materials.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
